Ladies Basketball- Staff V Students Epic!

TY GAA future leaders set up another greeat game for Events Month, this team organizing famale staff versus students. The game lived up to the huge expectations, with remarkable commitment and skill from both sides. The teachers just edged it. With the game still in the balance, Gillian O’Riordan was sprung from the bench, popping in two baskets in quick succesion to clinch bragging rights. The Leaving Certs owned the ball for the closing minutes, but, despite some great passing exchanges, couldn’t get the scores. Well done to all, and to Ms Lyons and her TY GAA Future Leaders crew.
