Frequently Asked Questions

+ Do I need to create a profile?

In order to be able to access certain content and process specific forms, you would need to register a profile on the app. We then verify your profile and grant you access to sections and content in the app specific to your user category (i.e. parents, students, staff etc.)

+ Can I use the app without a profile?

Yes - you can still benefit from most communication channels even without creating a profile. You will still be able to receive push notifications about news and events and access a lot of content on the app but for certain sections and to process certain forms, you would need to create a profile.

+ What happens after I create a profile?

We will verify your profile and credentials and then grant you access to the restricted content and forms based on your user profile (i.e. whether you are a parent, student or staff member)

Your login is your email address you used to sign up in the app and create your profile and the password you set when you created your profile.

+ What if I forgot my password?

you can use the "forgot my password" option at the bottom of the login screen to receive a temporary password that you can then change when you next log in.
