Advent Reflections

The season of Advent was marked by a time of reflection held for each year group in the school library this week.  The reflections featured prayer, music and video clips which highlighted that while this season can be a great time of celebration for many, it will be a very difficult time for others in our own community, nationally and globally.  As well as having three candles lit on our Advent Wreath, a representative of every tutorial and a member of staff, were invited to light a 'candle for peace' to mark our solidarity with those who will find it more difficult to find glimpses of light at this time of year.
