Open Night

It was great to resume the traditional open night format, welcoming over two hundred people into the school to see the classrooms, meet the teachers and students and find out about all what we do in MCS. Twenty classrooms featured presentations by students on subjects, extra-curricular opportunities and sports. All attended a talk by the principal and had a chat in the newly restored canteen. The night was a great opportunity for all to see the new developments in the three refurbished science rooms, as well as the new engineering equipment, a major new investment in the school. The new extension, extending the school’s capacity to provide for all students in the community, was also presented. The night clearly showed that all parents and students involved in MCS have much to look forward to in the days ahead.
