5th Year Parent-Teacher-Student Meeting

Our Fifth Year Parent-Teacher-Student Meeting will take place IN PERSON on Thursday, 1st December 2022 2022 from 4.30pm to 6.30pm in the Sports Hall. Fifth Year Students should attend with their Parents/Guardians to discuss their progress.

You must reserve a time slot with each teacher. This must be done online by clicking here and entering the student VSware ID Number which you will receive by text message by Tuesday, 22nd November.

You should select the order of preference in which you wish to meet with teachers with 1 being your priority meeting. Work down from there. All preferences must be entered by 12noon next Friday, 25th November 2022 .

If you are not in a position to attend, please log in and choose this option to ensure that available time slots are distributed to others. Alternatively, please contact the office before 12noon on Friday to let us know that you cannot attend.

A timetable will be available to you from Tuesday, 29th November 2022 at the same link above you used to enter your preferences.

The 5-minute time limit is vital.  You are requested to respect this. A tone will sound at the end of the 5 minutes to signal the end of the appointment. You should then move to your next appointment or wait until your next scheduled appointment.

If you do not receive an appointment time for a teacher you had requested, it is because it was not possible to schedule.  Please contact the School Office to arrange a progress report from these teachers should you wish to receive them.

We are delighted to welcome our Fifth Year Students to this meeting with you.  We hope the direct feedback they receive will positively impact their engagement with their own learning.
