MCS Junk Kouture Spring-Summer Reveal!

Countless hours of painstaking preparation at both design and crafting have finally come to fruition with the Junk Kouture creation for 2022. “This is our junk Kouture dress called Freedom Flight. It is inspired by lockdown and it's made from silage wrap, curtain lining, wire butterflies and pressed leaves”, Cathy explained. The outfit is a fantastic expression of the lockdown experience and the release people felt once allowed back. It certainly is a recycling success, with every detail created by transforming refuse into beautiful details in this amazing outfit. Best of luck to the team and teacher, Mrs Moynihan.
