Surf's Up for TYs

TY students had their second trip, this time to the beautiful Maharees Bay, and the Jamie Knox Surf School. Students got surfing lessons, with all students gaining a good level of skill under the excellent tuition provided. The day also involved paddle boats, kayaking and sea trampoline with loads of fun, as well as building skills and teamwork. Surfing was a completely new sport for most, and the group found it challenging but very rewarding. It felt great to finally get to stand on the board and cruise in on the wave, at least until you crashed back into the refreshing, warm sea.
