Online 2nd Year Parent-Teacher-Student Meeting Feb 23rd 2021

The 2nd Year Parent-Teacher-Student Meeting will go ahead on Tuesday, February 23rd from 4.15pm to 6.45pm via Microsoft Teams. All 2nd Year Students should attend with their Parents/Guardians to discuss their progress.

You must reserve a time slot with each teacher. This must be done online by clicking here and entering the student VSware ID Number which you will receive by text message tomorrow.

You should select the order in which you wish to meet with teachers with 1 being your priority meeting. Work down from there. All preferences must be entered by 12noon on Monday.

If you are not in a position to attend, please log in and choose this option to ensure that available time slots are distributed to others.

A timetable will be available to you from Monday, February 22nd at the same link you used to enter your preferences.

As this is our very first time conducting a PTSM online and using the online booking system, We ask that you please stick to the strict time limit of 5 minutes per teacher per student.
