Give waste the sack!

Recent 1st Year Home Economics classes were delivered by members of the TY GCE group on the topic of textile waste and fashion, raising awareness of the waste in fast fashion and the ways we can upcycle and save resources. TYs Jenny, Orlaith, Hannah and Rebecca helped the students upcycle old t-shirts into tote bags. Thanks to Ms Sheehy for supporting the students in their efforts. This is part of the school’s work with WWGS on cross -curricular GCE.
