TY teachers put GCE Goals past First Years!

MCS TY GCE 2020/2021 are busy working on a range of social justice issues based linked to the UN Global Goals. They'll be running classes for their peers and encouraging them to take action on a range of topics. Molly Morley and Ella O'Leary (TY) ran an eighty minute introductory workshop to the Global Goals with each 1st year tutorial, based on the 'What world do we want in 2030?' session plan on the World Largest Lesson website. The sessions were run in coordination with their Wellbeing CSPE teachers, Ms McAuliffe, Mr O’Neill and Ms Norton.
